Supercritical CO2 extraction of cannabinol from hemp was established, and the antimicrobial properties of the extracts were investigated. Through the analysis of single factor and orthogonal test, the optimum extraction process of three cannabinoids from hemp by supercritical CO2 was determined: extraction temperature 45 C, extraction time 70 min, entrainer dosage 300 m L, extraction times 3 times. The bacteriostasis tests of E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus with MIC of 8 mg/ml and 6 mg/ml were carried out by filter paper method. Under these conditions, cannabinol (CBD) was 3.189 mg/g, hexahydrocannabinol (CBN) was 2.206 mg/g, tetrahydrocannabinol (9-THC) was 58.757 mg/g, that is, the three cannabinoids were 64.152 mg/g. Taking Qianling Yinhao tea as a sample, the technological conditions of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of tea essential oil were studied by orthogonal design. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: pressure 25 MPa, temperature 45 C, CO2 flow 8 L/h and time 4 h. Under these conditions, the maximum yield was 2.57%. The main and secondary factors affecting the extraction rate were time > pressure > temperature > flow rate. Through gas chromatography-mass spectrometric analysis (GC-MS) and sensory evaluation of the extracted essential oil, CO2 SFE can extract the main aromatic substances from tea. The extracted tea essential oil has the same aroma as the original tea, and has a high yield. It can be used for industrial preparation.
